Returns policy

The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased in Greece through the online store www.saltymoon.gr.


For any potential return of your products, you can send us your request in writing via email at hello@saltymoon.gr. For any information you need, you can contact us using the contact details provided on our website. The products you wish to return must be in excellent condition, with sealed packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product falls under warranty issues due to manufacturing defects. In case you open the product's packaging, you should ensure that you return it in perfect condition, along with all parts and components that constitute it.
You agree to care for the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to our store or to the transportation company or courier. If proven that the delivered products are defective, you retain the right to return and replace them at our expense for shipping. If not returned within 2 days, our company reserves the right not to accept any return or replacement of the product. In any case, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition to the rights provided by the returns policy, all rights provided by existing provisions and laws relating to the sales agreement, as well as any right arising in connection with the product warranty terms, are recognized in all cases for consumers.

Custom-made products created to order for the customer (size, design) and earrings for hygiene reasons are excluded.

Product Exchange

In case you wish to exchange one or more products from your order, you must inform us in writing within 48 hours of receipt about your intention.

A necessary condition for the exchange is that the product has not been used and remains in the same excellent condition in which you received it, meaning it has not suffered damage or impairment. The acceptance or refusal of the exchange will be decided after a quality check conducted by our company, evaluating the condition of the returned product.

The product should be returned via Speedex with the recipient charged for the shipment. If the customer wishes to use a different postal company, the shipping cost and responsibility are theirs.

The cost of the exchange is 6 euros.

Money Refund

In case you wish to return one or more products from your order, you must inform us in writing within 48 hours of receipt about your intention.

The return of the product should be carried out within 3 business days from the receipt.

The return shipping costs are borne by you, and the cost is 5 euros. This cost applies only if you choose to return the products via Speedex and request recipient charging. The amount of 5 euros is deducted from the total refund amount. The amount of 5 euros is deducted from the total refund amount.

You can choose to return the products using any other courier company at your own expense and responsibility.

The refund amount will be deposited into your account within 7 business days

If you provide us with a National Bank of Greece/Piraeus Bank account, there will be no additional banking charges.

Otherwise, if you provide us with an account from another bank, the respective charges imposed by your bank will apply.

To send us your personal account number/IBAN, please email us, accompanied by the order's code number and the full beneficiary details.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does cannot apply to the following cases:

In case you wish to purchase a discounted product or a product that belongs to a special category, please take into consideration that it cannot be exchanged or returned.
